| A Heart for Our Community - As a church family we want to do everything possible to reach out to our community. The last recorded statement that Jesus made to His disciples was to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing and teaching them (Matthew 28:18-20). We invite our friends, neighbors and acquaintances to join us for great weekend services, special events, and small group get-togethers. Our weekend services and special events are designed to have an impact. If we invite people in, Christ can change their lives! We also support many missionaries around the world including several who call the Crossing Church their home. International missions trips are organized which involve both our adults and teens. We want to have an impact on our world. Unforgettable and Life-Changing Weekend Services - Our goal is to have weekend services which are unforgettable and life-changing. We want to experience God in every service and our worship time includes innovative and contemporary music which is led by the Holy Spirit. The Pastor’s message is biblically-based, practical, relevant and God-inspired. We creatively design each service to maximize the impact of God’s message using special music, drama, multimedia and props. Church That Feels Like Family - The Crossing is a great place to make friends, have fun, and be encouraged by others. It’s easy to meet people during our picnics and other special get-togethers throughout the year. Several Men’s groups get together to study God’s word, have breakfast, cook out, golf, fish, play paintball or basketball. Women’s groups meet weekly during the day and evening with childcare provided. Close friendships are developed as women pray, study and have fun together. Couples and family groups meet on various days of the week focusing on issues critical to the success of marriage and family. The Crossing is a place where people can be themselves. Spiritual Growth as a High Priority - We help each other to grow in relationship to the God of the universe. Our goal is to enable people to be "born again" and begin an incredible journey as they grow with God. We have courses which help our people to step through this spiritual journey, such as Foundations of Our Beliefs, Finding Your Ministry, and Leadership. We organize Women’s and Men’s retreats featuring great speakers at fun, off-site locations. The Crossing is dedicated to developing leaders and, most importantly, disciples of Jesus Christ.
Inspiring Greatness in Our Children and Youth - Our Children’s ministry is focused on engaging kids on their level. Our weekend Nursery (infant - pre-K), Kid’s Crossing (K – 2nd) and King’s Kids (3rd – 6th) include a cool worship time and the teaching of God’s Word as well as great games and contests which re-enforce the teaching message. On Wednesday nights we have exciting programs for all age levels including nursery age (infant – pre-K), Fast Forward (K - 2nd), Level 34 (3rd - 4th), and the Twilight Zone (5th – 6th).
